This skirt is made up of a thick patent leather material used to form a stiff and structured horizontal appearance. Velcro keeps the skirt together in the back making it adjustable to multiple sizes. This skirt is to be specifically worn on the upper waist. 

For those who would like to purchase, items are custom made so please allow at least 6 weeks for construction. For shoes & props, please allow at least 2 weeks.

Custom garments are final which means there are no returns or exchanges.
