80s Black Velvet Dress White Lace Collar Joan Leslie Kasper

Features a black velvet silhouette with long sleeves and slightly puffed shoulders, a fitted chest with button down closure at center front, a peplum panel, over the hips and a straight knee length skirt. The peter pan collar and the sleeve cuffs contrast nicely in white crochet, open work lace! Fully lined. In addition to the buttons, it has a side zipper and snaps for the peplum. The original, string made belt loops are still there but the original belt is gone - giving you ample opportunity to play with your own, though we like it unbelted. 

Condition: very good with no visible issues other than some extra bit of shine at the rear of waist where it looks a belt might have given it a bit of surface wear. Not visible unless pointed out in direct light, laid flat. Priced accordingly.
